Powerpacks for Hydraulic Systems
Easy Hydraulics cc offers a service to customise Hydraulic powerpack to the specification of the customer. We also offer an installation flushing and commissioning of existing systems, as well as fault finding.
Pumps
Our pump ranges include gear, vane and piston pumps to suit the mobile and industrial markets. These units cater for a wide range of mounting options, from standard SAE to a variety of PTO gearbox mountings and vary in size from 1cc/rev to very large units with pressure capabilities of up to 60Mpa. We have several pump control options, from simple manual control through pressure and flow compensation to sophisticated electronic controllers. We also do the service and repairs.
Valves
To match our range of pumps, we have a large selection of mobile and industrial valves. These include pressure, flow and direction control valves with a variety of control options including sophisticated electro-hydraulic, proportional and simple hand operated valves to suit the application. We also do the service and repairs.
Motor and Gearboxes
Our hydraulic motors include high speed and high torque low speed motors in fixed and variable displacements, for open or closed loop systems. To complement our hydraulic motors we supply reduction gearboxes. We also do the service and repairs.
We make up hoses as per sample or for new applications for the industrial industries.

Hand Control Valves
The range includes monoblock valves from 3/8″ to 3 /4″ and sectional valves from 1 /2″ to 1″. The flow rates for these valves vary from 35 litres per minute to 130 litres per minute. The valves are manufactured with built-in relief valves and have options for power beyond facility. We also supply a large range of accessories such as in-line relief valves, pilot operated check valves, adjustable flow restrictors, diverters and various other products.
Accessories and Filters
We supply Filler breathers, air breathers, spin on filters, tank top filters, suction strainers, pump / motor drive couplings for group one and group two gear pumps, as well as bell housings.
Handpumps
The range carries sizes from 12cc to 50cc and are either in-line or tank mounted. These pumps can work at pressures from 280 bar to 320 bar.
Fittings, Hoses and Adapters
Easy Hydraulics are suppliers of a wide range of fittings and hoses that suit international standards, such as SAE, BSP, NPT, JIC and Metric fittings. The comprehensive fitting range is developed to enable us with multiple hose types.
